Maghz Chilgoza/ Pine Nuts/ Pinus Gerardiana kernel, Tukhme Baboona/ Roman Chamomile/ Anthemis Nobilis, Amla Muqashsher/ Emblica Officinalis Gaertn, Beikh Baboona/ Anthemis Nobilis, Filfil Daraz/ Pippali/ Piper longum, Filfil Siyah/ Black Pepper/ Piper nigrum fruit, Narjeel Taaza/ Lodoicea maldivica Pers, Salab Misri/ Orchis latifolia root, Sheetraj/ Chitrak/ Plumbago Zeylanica, Zanjabil/ ginger/ Zingiber officinalis rhizome, Zaravand Mudharij/ Aristolochia Rotun, Maveez Munaqqa/ mavis munakka/ Vitis vinifera, Asl/ Honey

Dosage of Hamdard Majun Falasfa

• 5 grams twice daily with 250 ml warm milk 2 hours after breakfast and dinner.
